but in honesty I already had a low body fat % so after adding ab work progress was fast. It’s heavily dependent on BF% though.

Q: You look amazing in your selfie! I am nervous for summer, though I am naturally slim I would like to tone up as quick as possible before I go! What do you do to stay looking so good? I particularly want to work on my abs. Thanks love, good luck with the progress x

I lift weights (as heavy as possible) and do zero cardio. I eat 2000 - 2500 calories a day. I do 20 mins of abs 4 times a week. That works for me but it will not work for everyone.
